Refund & Cancellation Policy

14-day free trial
All paid plans (Billing, Digital, Automation) include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged unless you explicitly confirm a paid subscription after the trial period ends.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until then.
On cancellation, your data remains available for export for 30 days before being permanently deleted.
Refund eligibility
Monthly subscriptions: No refunds are issued for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Annual subscriptions: If you cancel an annual plan within the first 30 days, you are eligible for a prorated refund for the unused months, minus a 10% processing fee. After 30 days, no refunds are issued for the remaining annual period.
Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., charged after cancellation, charged the wrong plan amount), we will issue a full refund of the incorrect charge within 5 business days.
Service disruptions
If DentNode experiences downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours due to our fault (not force majeure or scheduled maintenance), we will credit your account with one additional month of service free of charge.
How to request a refund
Email raman@dentnode.com with your account email and the reason for the refund request. We process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days.

- Custom onboarding services already delivered
- Add-on team member seats for months already used
